What is a carbon nanotube film?
Carbon nanotube is a one-dimensional nano material, and graphene sheet curls to form a seamless and hollow nanotube. It has a long axis and self-organize into a network-structured film.
Carbon nanotube films feature excellent electricity-to-heat conversion. It is light, thin, soft, and washable. It is an ideal material for heating wearable. However, the manufacturing techniques are so complex that it is only recently that the material is witnessing mass production.
JERNANO is backed by the technology niche of SINANO, CAS. We have successfully broken through the bottleneck to produce carbon nanotube film, and with batch production, we have achieved an annual production of 100,000 m2. In the meantime, we have applied for 41 patents, among which 31 have been authorized.
Based on the mass production of carbon nanotube film, we have developed the JERNANO carbon nano flexible heating module that can be applied to various fields covering clothing, household textiles, physical therapy, outdoors, etc.
